We needed are soffit repaired around our house. We were very satisfied with the work Andy and his worker did. They cleaned up everything when done. We will definitely use them again.

I needed to have my redwood deck cleaned, treated and repaired. Bowen Home Services did an outstanding job. They really cared about my concerns. They researched products that would work best on redwood. It looks like new even though it is over 30 years old. I am having them do another job on my house.

Andy was very patient, kind, and thorough. He made sure we were satisfied with the work and went above and beyond to help us. He had our hallway remodeled, fixed a bedroom’s walls, painted, fixed light fixtures and electrical sockets. He was very honest and fair in what he could do and recommended as well as price. He even braved wallpapering for me. We are very pleased and overjoyed with the outcome. We will recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is a joy to work with.

Everything seemed fine at first and the estimate was priced low to get the job apparently. Andy was nice and cordial and seemed trustworthy. His crew showed up early ready to work but unfortunately, they all looked like illegals and only one of three spoke English. They broke the entire concrete corner off the steps to the porch and the railing and then balanced it back in place and then pretended nothing happened, the wrought iron got damaged in a couple other places as well. The original estimate was for $1,400.00 at the end of the day Andy showed back up and hit me up for an additional $ 994.94 without any warning about the price going up in advance. So, they did get the job done but it certainly was not perfection, and the original estimate was more in line with their skill level and quality of their work, I was irritated about the massive price increase and finding the broken things after they were gone.
