He did estimate us $65,000 under the market values and he wrote this was his opinion which does not mean anything to me I can find opinions for the value market online was a waste of my money and the one hour I do not recommend the service at all I did waste $650 for some guy then I do not even know if he is.

As executor of my father's estate I needed an appraisal of his home for tax purposes. Kevin quickly prepared a very thorough and detailed report. He was friendly and easy to work with. The appraiser hired by our eventual buyer's lender came up with an identical valuation -- it was great to see that confirmation of the accuracy of Kevin's work, and of course in a situation like this "no surprises" is a very good thing.

Kevin Vaught did my appraisal. He showed up right at the time he said he would and did a professional walk through the house and the property. He supplied us with the house and land appraisal as well as for the lot only, broken down to show us both values. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Kevin Vaught very honest knowledgable and thorough. My appraisal was textbook with photos and details outlined line by line In a three day window completed and took about an hour or so to do a walk through. Definitely well priced at $300. Prepay with Zelle..arrived on time and
