I personally prepare all appraisal reports engaging in the Highest Possible Standards and details. I hold the Highest-Level #553 Illinois General Real Estate Appraiser's License. During my long career, I have appraised all types of properties in the greater Chicagoland area. Today, I primarily focus on Single-family Residences, Condos, Townhouses, 2-to-4-units, Multi-family Apartments and Mixed-use properties in the greater Chicagoland area. Typical assignments include: 1) Estates, 2) Bankruptcy, 3) Property Tax Assessment Appeals, 4) Possible Sale or Purchase of Real Estate. (In the case of #4, in addition to the Appraisal Report, a PDF of similar "Active Listings" will also be provided so you will be empowered in having a clear picture of "The Current Competition" in terms of similar properties now "Listed For-Sale" in your defined local market. (My minimum appraisal fee is $500.)"
