The one positive I would give is they got right on the job. Installation crew was a nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional installation crew that cannot be trusted!!!

The salesman was wonderful, friendly, down to earth and not pushy. The installation was super fast. The crew friendly and neat. No mess at all. There is one manufacturing flaw they pointed out to us before they left. They'd already ordered the replacement to come back and fix it before they left and I am sure based on their prior actions this too will be handled promptly. So far. We are extremely happy.

I not only had windows replaced, I also had siding. The crews wete neat, did a great job of cleaning up, and the work looks fabulous. It took about a week to replace 22 windows and side my large 2 story home.

The whole team was awesome. The sales person was not push and incredibly friends (which was NOT my experience with other companies). There was no 'only today price' or lingering and changing numbers. My sales guy (Jay) was my contact through the whole process and coordinated with windows and siding teams to make sure everything was right. The windows look AMAZING! and are area sealed completely with no drafts at all. They also put extra insulation in wall before putting in the new windows. The siding team were such hard workers and very polite. I can't tell you the attention to detail. EVERY place where edges meet are sealed with clear caulk. Cleanup was really fast and they did a great job. They even offered to put on new lighitng/door bells if we wanted to run and buy some:-) There was a little bit of an issue with telling me I didn't have to get new gutters - that they could put them back on but it turned out that wasn't possible and I had to write a $1,500 check for new ones. But they look great and much better than what was there. It was just an unexpected expense.

Install was fast and quality was good

They were 3.5 hours later than they said. They were very professional and did a great job. My patio door from the manufacturer opened on the wrong side and had to be reordered, which I still haven't received yet. They did install the door and I"m awaiting the installation of the correct door. Would recommend this company. They were polite and considerate .

Very nice sales and office people. Installers were nice and professional as well. This was the smoothest home remodel I have ever done. Everything ran very fast, from measuring, to ordering and installation. All emailed or texted questions were answered in a timely manner. Ended up getting six new windows. Maybe not the cheapest company, but definitely worth the extra considering how efficient and hassle free it was for me. Plan to use this company again for additional windows next year.
