They came when they said they would come. They got all permits needed. Made a special trip to make sure a name change on color of trim would match existing windows. Cleaned up well after job. These were not replacement windows, they cut new windows into family room walls.

The sales rep lied to me. I made a mistake by signing what I thought was a credit app. That is my fault. But how the general manager and owner handled it was not friendly. After being threaten with a lawsuit we had to agree to their terms and the siding is on my house. After that service was good and quality is decent. However, I did find after they left that one of their employees wrote Jericho on my flashing. Also they did fire the sales rep but still didn't believe my side of the story. Lesson learned.

The siding that was installed was to my great satisfaction. However, this was a barn fabricated into a house. The doors of the barn were not covered in metal as well as the attic fan exhuast was not sheilded as promised by the salesman.
