    Blue Agave was hired to maintain my pool. The technician spent maybe ten minutes a visit and barely brushed the pool. The result was a calcium build up around the water line. Marty blamed it on the hard water, the problem with that was I filled the pool last year. I had the water tested at Leslie's pool and my thoughts were confirmed. Very little chemicals and the water was like it had just been filled. Spent all weekend scrubbing the calcium off the pool. Should have sent Blue Agave the bill. I thought they were doing a great job until I saw the calcium line. Marty refused to own up to his deficiency. Im sorry, if you screw up you own it.

    I was/am new to the pool at this home. Wes, Marty & Brian have all been very patient with me, and when I've needed help, they were there...on it! They are nice, helpful & professional.

    I hired Blue Agave to maintain my pool. The individual was polite and seemed to be knowledgeable about maintaining the pool. The problem is I have a calcium line on the tile that was not present when Blue Agave started the service. I talked to management about the issue and he blamed the water. Unfortunately, that doesn't hold water because I drained and refilled the pool last year. Because of this issue I have money coming out of my pocket to fix a problem that wasn't present before Blue Agave started maintaining my pool.

    Blue Agave has maintained my fountain for years. The chemicals are monitored every Tuesday morning like clock work. The water remains clear, and bright. Several years ago my pump motor burned out and Marty had it working in a day. If I were new to Arizona I would hire Blue Agave Pools in a heartbeat.

    Blue Agave Pool and Spa is a total rip off. His guy on occasions would miss coming when he was suppose to come every week. His employee would be on the phone every time he was doing the cleaning or adding chemicals. The pool was never vacuumed and he only would sweep the steps. I could go on and on but.... Marty told me I needed a new pump and motor when it was a 14.00 dollar capacitor that I replaced. He replaced a 200.00 part and charged me 600.00 + for 15-20 min worth of work. When I called him to let him know I was not happy with the work that was being done he took the side of his worthless employee. That is when he lost my account. He even tried to charge me for an extra month. If your smart stay away from this pool service.

    Unfortunately there are some customers you cannot make happy no matter what you do. We have good reviews across the board. It is sad when someone tries to tear down a business because they don't want to pay their past due bills. For the $600 part he mentioned we actually only charged him $275 for. We are not sure where he is coming up with that number. He also didn't fire us as we kindly let him know we would no longer be servicing his pool due to his temperament and attitude towards our employee. We do not allow any of our customers to treat our employees unkindly.
