Blaik's Fence Staining

Sam is friendly, fair with pricing, and does outstanding work. The existing fence was pressure washed a day before, and then several cracked pickets were replaced before the fence got a fresh coat of stain. Can't recommend Blaik's fencing enough. Sam will do great work for you at a fair price!

The work was done in a very timely manner. First, it was power washed down to removing the old Stain then heavily stained with a wonderful finish. The area where there were windows had them taped and covered so no Stain got onto the frames or windows. The price quoted me and we agreed on was over half of what other bids were. After all was finished the area was left in a very clean and tidy manner. I highly recommend Blake’s staining

This was a complete waste of money. I?ve attached the final result, and I truly believe I could have done a better job myself. The paint application is uneven, with visible brush strokes and areas where the paint has pooled. Additionally, the deck was not sanded, so in several places the previous paint is still visible and shows different shades of the paint. When we raised these concerns, the proposed solution was to repaint using a solid stain, which would not address the underlying issues and would likely result in the same problems without proper sanding. Charging $550 for this level of work is not reasonable.

Sam was very responsive and did a great job of power washing and re-staining our fence. I anticipate a couple of other jobs planned for the near future and will definitely hire Sam.

Sam and his wife were very friendly and were very anxious to please us in their flawless work. They finished the project in one afternoon, and the price was very reasonable. I was truly impressed with their quality of work. These guys truly seemed to not only know what they' are doing but seem to enjoy doing it. I am definitely going to use them in future projects!
