Bill and Larry did a great job on repairing my deck, they took their time and made sure to communicate with me with any issues and questions. Bill had no problem giving me a quote on repairing the deck instead of replacing the the whole thing, cost about a 1/3 to repair than to replace. Thanks Bill and Larry !!!!!!! (You guys are quite the characters)

Bill, came to my property, inspected the current balcony, described how he would rebuild it, and make it structurally sound. He gave me a bid within 24 hrs. We made an agreement and a start and completion date. Bill was on the job as promised, contacted me with updates and photos. The balcony was completed as promised.

Bill was very patient as we waited to decide on project. Once we agreed to the work, he started immediately and did a great job, repairing and rebuilding a very large patio cover with 300 sq ft deck that needed a new floor. He came every day on time. He cleaned up every day, watched that my dog did not escape, is friendly and asked for payments only as sections were completed. He is a general contractor, so he could address electrical and painting issues as well. Highly recommend.

Bill is very easy to talk to and work with! He is thorough and wanted to make sure I understood everything he was going to do before he started. The initial bid was for more than I was wanting to spend (not because it was overpriced, just because it was more work than I wanted to do), and Bill came up with some creative ways to bring the budget down without sacrificing the work.
