Bill was great. He was friendly and punctual. He cleaned up and never left a mess at the end of the day. He did a wonderful job rebuilding a deteriorated patio cover. He also did miscellaneous repairs, paint and stucco work. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Bill, was extremely friendly and a refreshing change from other contractors we have used in the past. His quote was very reasonable and he did not try to add anything on. To say we were happy with the job he did would be an understatement. Quality work from a great contractor and peace of mind that the job was done right, priceless.

The quality of work is great, the price is just right, not to high and not too low and Bill is an all around good guy. He always made sure to fully explain what he was doing and why and everything was done in a timely manner. I would definetly hire him again.

Excellent work!!! Price is good, work is done as fast as possible, (who cares if they take a short or long lunch people, they are not punching a time clock! I care that they DO NOT leave for days at a time, and they work to get the job done to your satisfaction as well as his! I've never seen a more beautiful patio, and he had to put up with me changing my mind on the type and color of the stone, but it all came together perfectly! My Boston terrier loves them and misses eating their lunch with them! I wouldn't hire anyone else for any other work except Bill Light! I've read other reviews, and he is not handyman! He is a CONTRACTOR! He can do a lot more than hang a picture or unplug a drain! Prompt, efficient, reliable, excellent work.......Can't ask for more!
