Bigs Consulting removed a 26 year old sidewalk leading to the front entrance, the steps and small porch of my home. All of the afore mentioned were in extremely poor condition. They did an excellent job. They were very careful with the landscaping. They also poured a slab for a new garden shed. They were very thorough working on the finish of all of the new cement. The clean up was done thoroughly as well. The price was very reasonable. Zaid was extremely helpful with the planning. I used all of his suggestions including a ramp rather than three steps leading to the porch. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I highly recommend Bigs Consulting. They can't be beat!

Review I would not hire this company again. Here are the issues I had: 1. Said came to do the estimate, we agreed on the job and the price. 2. He subcontracted the job out. When his subcontractor showed up he told me the shape and size of the patio wasnâ t what Said had told him. Said didnâ t answer his phone to clarify. I showed them the email of what Said and I had agreed to. Said never marked the ground. I didnâ t realize I needed to, because I didnâ t realize this guy was so shady. He later billed me more than the estimate and said it was because they used more concrete and he didnâ t know what I and the subcontractor had agreed on. 1, I hired him. 2, he never marked it. 3, he didnâ t communicate with either his subcontractor or I. 3. The subcontractors also didnâ t show up until approximately 4-5pm to start work. Said initially didnâ t give me a time, I wrongly assumed most people start work in the morning. When they hadnâ t shown up by noon I contacted Said. He said theyâ d be there 2:30. They didnâ t show up until at least 4:30. 4. The people who did the work stepped all over the newly seeded grass I had asked Said not to step on, as well as throwing their tools in it and in my plants. They also brought an unsupervised child who walked in the newly seeded grass and touched and played with all of my daughters things in the yard as well as my gardening tools. They moved my sprinkler to the point I couldnâ t find it when they left. 5. Once the patio was poured it didnâ t drain. Said said to me â Iâ m not an engineer.â Well Iâ m not either, but I donâ t hire myself out for $4000 as a concrete and patio pourer. 6. When I contacted him regarding the drainage Said didnâ t set up a time to come discuss, he simply texted me â Iâ m on my way to your house.â He later responded on the phone complained that he preferred face to face interactions. Then he should make appointments for that. He also said he had â mentioned drainage could be a concern.â If he is not capable of a job that drains correctly he shouldnâ t bid the job. If people want swimming pools they will ask for that, patios should not equal ponds. 7. Getting them to come back and correct the drainage required constant texting and calling on my part (not proactive on theirs). 8. Said asked for payment before I was able to inspect the work personally, he was quick to ask for payment, but not so quick to correct his shoddy work. 9. When they did come back they didnâ t even ring my doorbell or discuss the corrections with me. They walked on my property without notifying me or discussing work they were going to do to my yard. 10. No discount had been offered for all of this trouble and poor work.

Said and his team were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. They were good for their word on what they estimated on cost, the actual work and timeliness. They continued to verify that I was pleased with the project. I love my patio and would definitely recommend them!
