Tim and he crew where great. He went above and beyond to make the job perfect. He's stands by his work. No extra charges, explained each thing and I actually hired him to do more work! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I normally don't write reviews online but this time I felt that I must review the very positive experience I had with BEST WATERPROOFING. I had one leaking corner in my old basement and call Best Waterproof Company for an estimate. I first contacted Sheila to schedule an estimate, she was really helpful and flexible as much as possible (they are very busy and I can understand why!). Tim showed up on time and explained me the work that needs to be done. He then put everything on a contract and gave me a price to waterproof my all basement. The price was almost 50% less than any other company I inquired (and I am the kind of a guy that does very strict due diligence). Since they are very busy I had to wait almost 2 months before they could fit me to their schedule, but the wait was worth it! My basement doesn't leak anymore and I feel that Tim and his crew did a great job! Tim has a hard working crew, and at some point I counted 10 people working on my basement. I highly recommend Best Waterproof Company! If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable, and great contractor you should stop right here and give them a call. Tim will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and that the job is get done right. He will treat your house as if it's his and it shows! Because of my positive experience with Tim, I already have other projects lined up for him! Great guy, great company!

Tim at Best Waterproofing recently helped me with a structural / water problem in a older type building. I was happy to find that Tim, Sheila and their employees are very professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Tim's bid on the work I needed done was very competitive. He offered a better solution at a better price than other companies I talked to. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend Best Waterproofing to anyone with structural or water problems.

Unknowledgeable, slow, inexperienced-- a nightmare

The owners and crew were very professional and courteous. They kept us informed at each step. They carefully explained what they'd found and their recommendations. They performed quality work. At the end of the project, they carefully cleaned up after themselves. These are good people doing good work. If I have any similar problems, they will definitely be my first choice.

Best Waterproofing provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get brick work done. They were also able to help me with gutter work and moving water away from my home. They were very timely in getting the work done and their customer service was awesome.
