Really excellent work. Everyone worked together in a professional way to complete an exciting French drain that's absolutely fantastic!. Starting with the back yard, and finishing in the front that looks very nice at the end of the day. All my questions of interest were answered in a friendly manner. Thanks to the crew fro showing up on time,getting the work done, and cleaning up just right . They have my recommendation for my friends and family. Also the price was just right as I had tracked to spend the necessary amount of money, and the estimate was correct!

My husband and I got quotes from 6 waterproofing companies. BEST was not only the highest rated, they were also the least expensive! Our highest estimate nearly doubled their price! And they guarantee their work! The only thing we didn't love was that we scheduled it and they had to reschedule it for three weeks later (granted it was for medical reasons, so I definitely don't fault anyone for that--we were just anxious

Did a great Job

We hired Best Waterproofing to do some work for my brother in-law. He was very friendly when he came to give us the estimate and we accepted his quote, the agreement being we would pay half at signing of contract ($2,500.00) and the other half at completion, also he told my brother in law to make sure everything was completed to his satisfaction, if not call him immediately, they did not finish a few things that were on the contract, so my brother in law called the owner and he was suppose to come out the next day, but called and said he could not and he would come the following day. The work was started on a Tuesday, immediately when the crew left we started, we being myself and my brother in law, receiving phone calls from a lady, demanding payment. We told her the work was not completed and she said it was. We explained we talked with the owner and he was coming out on Wednesday to check everything. Well Wednesday came and the owner called and said he could not make it, but he would be there on Thursday to complete everything. This woman called us at least 5-6 times each from Tuesday, until Thursday night, I was working and could not get back to her immediately but told her I would call her the next day and make final payment. The next morning at 6:00 am my phone started ringing and my brother in law's phone started ringing, we were left messages, that said "if we did not call her right away she was going to send the police to my brother in law's home. She was so unprofessional, I finally reached the owner and he apologized for her actions. I paid him the balance due and he was going to give us an estimate for some additional work we needed done, he told me the estimate would be sent to us that day, well, that was 2 weeks ago, and no estimate yet! My brother in law told me later that day that the owner had called him and said the same thing, he was going to send the police to his house! We really don't know why they acted so insane, the work was good, but the attitudes of the owner and his office staff was awful. I will never deal with this company again. And good luck to those who do. I think Home Advisor should verify their reviews, because this must have happened to other people.
