We had a clogged drain on top of our roof and Paul was awesome. He was very responsive and came out at a time convenient for us. He was super knowledgable and fair - we will definitely be calling him again for any roofing needs! Very highly recommend

This is my 3rd time using C.R.A, and just like before, a totally enjoyable experience! Paul assessed the problem, got needed materials, and took care of business! Paul was prompt and very professional and very informative. He showed me all of my roofing issues and let me decide what to have done at a VERY reasonable price! He took before and after pictures of the job he did and was so personable and easy to talk to. I'm very satisfied with the work that Paul did that he will be on speed dial if I need to hire him again or if someone asks "Hey, do you know a good roofer?" I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Paul and give him and his company, CHICAGO ROOFING ASSISTANCE 10 Stars!!!!

They charged a lot for only 2 hours of work and their caulking was a little sloppy. Make sure you have a firm agreement on the price before the work was done.

Jan this is paul we Tried contacting you numerous times and you have not contact us back let me explain some thing to you with respect you live in a 3 story building with a 10/12 slope pitch roof this is not a easy job you most have a extremely experience roofer to work on roofs like this are can fall to there death labor is not cheap for jobs like this and we repaired three potential leaks and for caulking a little Sloppy I have pics of before we caulk on top of your 2th story window which I told you we will need scaffolds to do right you told me that?s to expensive we tried are best your window frame needed more than caulking,
