I asked for estimates from two roofing companies to replace fascia boards so gutters could be put up the following week. Jason scheduled his crew on Sunday in order to do this. The other company wouldn't even bid on this saying I was past due for a new roof and they'd only do if I had them replace the whole roof. They gave e a quote for new roof. I asked Jason for a quote for a new roof. His bid was thousands of dollars less AND he was able to juggle his schedule so they could do everything the following week so gutters could be put up. I HIGHLY recommend Building Envelope System Techs!!

This team worked well together, we were on a tight time line and the crew worked together to get it done. Polite, courteous and professional. From a business perspective, Jason (and Allen) were easy to communicate with, stayed connected to the project and kept me well informed. I had initially thought I would go with another company but after talking with them a little more, changed my mind. I am very grateful I did.

They guaranteed that the moss would be poisoned so returned to check and/or spray numerous times.

I really appreciated how quickly Jason, the owner, got back to me and set up my appointment. Allen, the technician, cleaned all the moss off our roof, he cleaned the gutters, treated the roof to prevent further moss growth, and cleaned up the area around the house where the moss and dead leaves had fallen. He did a very thorough job. The roof looks great! My husband and I will be using their services in the future and will recommend them to others. Thank you, Cynthia and Frank Y.
