I researched a lot of companies before selecting Best Construction to remodel my 2 bathrooms. It was the best decision I could have made. They are professional, honest, and have the highest integrity. The expert bathroom techs are hard working, and pay attention to every detail. All work areas were covered beforehand, and they cleaned up after themselves every day at cob. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the bathrooms came out beautiful. To illustrate my point about integrity, I happened to overpay on the final installment. Instead of keeping it, Katee immediately notified me and told me they were shredding the check and gave me the correct balance. They certainly did not have to do that. If you are looking for bathroom remodeling, or any other construction project, I cannot recommend these guys any higher. Definite 5 star rating.

Three stars is being generous. I found Ray to be argumentative and disrespectful. The only saving grace was our subcontractor Roger, and Nick, also the other crew we briefly saw. Katee was our point of contact and she went out of her way to accommodate us and return some items that Ray refused to do, even though I offered to. The work which took longer that anticipated over Christmas and the New Year does look amazing. However if we'd have known it was going to go into the holidays we would have waited. In response to your reply, you are misguided. We went out to Lowe's and Home Depot and bought the necessary materials that were needed. Not you. As to asking someone to do labor fee of charge, I never asked anyone to do anything. They offered...period. As for doing business with you again, don't flatter yourself.

If you debating using Best construction brands I highly recommend calling them for their free quote! Had Ray come out to give us a free quote for some work we needed done in our 3 bathrooms. He was incredibly knowledgeable did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. Even told me of some work that really didn't need to get done that other plumbers were pushing on us. They ended up saving us over $10,000 compared to the other company we had come out. While he was here he mentioned that Best construction brand also did fences and decks so we got a quote to get our fence fixed as well! It was so convenient that all the projects we needed to get done Best construction brands could do! Just the one interaction with Ray spoke in volumes of the companies integrity and honesty.

Great experience with Best Construction Brands. My deck was finished in a very timely manner, and I couldn't be more pleased. Work was done efficiently and all crew members were great. I will definitely consider using them again on future projects. Thank you Ray and crew.

I am absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodel completed by Best Construction Brands. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and even enjoyable. The team that completed the work was communicative and promptly answered any questions I had. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Every panel, fixture and finish was installed with precision and care. They turned my vision into a reality, and even offered creative suggestions that elevated the final design beyond what I imagined. The space now feels luxurious, functional, and beautifully modern. They kept the work area clean and respected the space throughout the process. Best Construction Brands delivered. If you are considering a remodel, I highly recommend Best Construction Brands. Ray was honest and straightforward about cost and the work that would be completed, and there were no surprise expenses in the end.

Deck remodel and Concrete work. Horrible customer service (rude, disrespectful, talked down, pushy), numerous if NO project management, would not listen and had to push to have concerns addressed, numerous damages to home and landscaping that was a result of not listening and no prep work, company refused to fix these damages (I had to fix on my own), extreme delay with finishing, they stopped communicating, I continue to find nails/screws in my landscaping, ABSOLUTE horrible concrete work. This project was over $20,000 and I believe overpriced. This was a recent 2020 job. I would NOT recommend this company at all! I still have not received any warranty information; have had to contact the product company directly. I made ALL my payments on time and they refused/failed to finish the job due to their mismanagement of the project. I would request specific things and then come home and find the opposite done.

Jason and his team did an excellent job installing a new deck, concrete patio and pergola. We are very satisfied!
