Great service. Ther was an issue a week after installation that turned out to be a circuit breaker and not anything in the A/C. Chance fixed it for free. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

I first contacted Chance about a heater problem at my rental property and not only did he solve the problem, but my tenants actually called me to say how impressed they were with his workmanship AND his customer service skills! Chance is the now the first person I call whenever I need ANY WORK done, in my rental or my home! He fixed my garbage disposal, washing machine issues, set up a new thermostat system in my home, and if I call with a problem thatâ s not in his wheelhouse, he knows who to refer me to. I am so happy to have found someone I can trust, who is reasonably priced for his services, and will also suggest viable suggestions to save his customers money.

We had our furnace quit on us the day after Christmas. We called Best Chance Heating and Cooling looking for help. 2 hours later the owner Chance was at our home diagnosing the problem. The unit was very old and had been repaired numerous times. Turned out we needed a new one. Thankfully Chance was able to find us the right replacement and had it installed and working the very next day.
