Chance patiently explained the issue with our broken air conditioner and clearly laid out all of our options. We elected to change out our aging HVAC system and he moved his schedule around to accommodate us. They were punctual and kept us informed every step of the way. The work was thorough, neat as a pin, and came in exactly as quoted even though he hit a few unexpected snags. I know it seems like a small thing, but he and his partner seem to really enjoy their work, and their attitude is upbeat. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Best Chance is fantastic to work with. Knowledgeable, quick to respond, My A/C went out the day before the heat wave. 7/1/2024 and I was a bit concerned I would t be able to get it fixed. He fit me in and was honest, reasonably priced and helped me understand more about the HVAC and A/C I have. He didnâ t BS me for higher pricing or anything as you see from other large companies. He was able to have us back up and running within an hour or less of being here. He checked the furnace and walked me through options when my systems are ready to be retired in 5 ish years. I am so happy with the recommendation from a friend. chance is trustworthy, professional, kind and fast. Great workmanship! You wonâ t regret it!

From start to finish, the service we received from Best Chance was perfect, and the workmanship was excellent. Rodents nested in the ducting under our house and made a mess of everything. Best Chance cleaned everything up, installed all new ductwork and insulation, got everything up and running better than it ever has, and even found and addressed two minor leaks under our house. They checked our attic ducting, too, and discovered that our attic fan was broken. They have already replaced it, and our house has never been this cool and comfortable in the summer before. I will never use anyone else for my heating and cooling needs!
