They were two days late they were supposed to trim a tree they came without ladders they wrecked my lawn we had to provide a letter they came with none they were terrible

They did not finish the job, still expected to get paid, and called the police when we said we would not pay them until it was finished. Update: police sided with me and I paid Bernie the cost of the job minus the portion they did not complete. I will hire a reliable company to complete the job.

Bernie and his team arrived on time and removed trees according to the agreement, which was reasonable in terms of costs. They completed the job as expected. Bernie called the next day to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that was performed. I would hire them again.
