The customer service was great from the dispatch team to the young man who came out to the house. Elijah was awesome! It’s obvious he has a high degree of integrity, hard/good work ethic, and cares about his customers. Elijah is the type of person every business owner needs/wants representing them. I will use this company for every water/plumbing need in the future simply BECAUSE of Elijah’s excellent customer service!

He was excellent. He came out twice and took care of two different projects.

Initial visit was not good. Jose was condescending and not understanding the situation. Second visit included the branch manager. While they spent a lot of time, I was quoted $1700+ to “fix” the issue. Turns out Jose misdiagnosed the bathroom venting problem. Said venting never went anywhere and needed to cap it off in the attic. While I am not a plumber, I saw the situation- pipes had come apart from the junctions. No investigation- it was completely apparent. So either incompetent or fraudulent, do NOT use this company.

Terrible experience with a shower leak. Missed diagnosed and charged for services that were not completed. Charged for drain cleaning, camera viewing of the drain and a $6000 estimate o replace the shower. A second opinion from local plumber led to an immediate discover of the blockage and replacement of seal for $450. A caulking tube discovered by second plumber had been blocking the drain since construction and was visible upon removing the drain cover. 2 plumbers from BF never saw it and couldn?t have possibly cleared or made a camera inspection. Total scam

1.) Damage was done to my bathtub still unrepaired. 2.) A black glove was used to repair a leak under the kitchen sink next to an electrical outlet. Another repair man came out and left the dirty glove laying under the sink. $800 The tub is still damaged. The tech who damaged the tub came back out and tried intimidating me. I asked him to leave repeatedly and he continued to stand over me saying he did not like my energy My energy? He damaged my home that I own free and clear and he did not like my energy........ The way they do things I do not see that this will be repaired properly. Do not use this overpriced company or the sister company Mister Sparky who showed up unannonced the next morning.
