It is my first time trying beacon protection The sale and tech staffs are nice and they explain things well, which is essential for security system. However, their schedule service is questionable. We originally scheduled for a Friday morning from 9 to 11, I took off my work and stayed home. I called them around 10 asking if they would still come, they told me the tech will arrive any minute. So I waited until 11, and no one comes. So I called them again, this time, they said they are going to check. After 15 mins, no one calls me. So I called back again, they told me someone suppose to call me to reschedule and there was a mistake, they put the wrong date. So we rescheduled for the next day for 9:30 to 10 The next date, the tech called me he would arrive around 10:45 to 11. And finally he came at 10:20 which is not too bad. I appreciated their service because the people are nice; however, I really think their scheduling system could be much better and their internal staff communication can be improved as well. It is not too bad for me to waste a half working day. I hope the alarm system and monitoring service to be well performed, since this is the most important part of a home security service. I would
