Reviews
Write a ReviewOverall I was satisfied with the job but I took off half a star as there was a discrepancy with the cameras in the beginning. But the install was excellent and like I said, overall I was pleased and would recommend them.
It’s a great security system and very user friendly!!
Working with Neacon was an unqualified success.
Reverie professional installation was done professional sales man professional that’s why I went with them they put alarm system in my house everything was Professional
Fast, easy switch over from one alarm company to another.
Prompt, clean. Explained everything. Very helpful. Great job!
They are all about sales. Beware you are tied to a 3-year contract. No flexibility on that. I signed up not thinking such a big deal but after a few months I realized I do not need all the services and now I am stuck. And it is pricey! If I had to do over again I would go with a nest or simply safe or a company that you can cancel. It is literally the same thing as the home (store bought) securities. When I asked to get out it was- sorry- you signed. You have to buy out a contract. I am new to home-owning, so I was prepared to understand these are salespeople, not security. Really disappointed. Not only in them but in myself!!
Customer stated that the service was great 5/5
They arrived on time and offered a good service on our budget.
