Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Arizona

Had my bathroom redone in March 2021 and just wanted to leave a comment on how much I love my new tub, shower and tile. Easy to maintain and looks great. Had a few minor issues to have them fix and they were here either the same or next day after I placed my call. KUDOS TO THE INSTALLERS AND THE 2 GENTLEMEN THAT CAME LATER TO FIX THE MINOR ISSUES!!

They do great work. I would not hire again due to cost. In addition, they do not break down the cost to allow for comparing to other companies.

They did not clean up very well, they wrecked a towel holder, they did not measure correctly, and messed up a couple of baseboards. It took them longer than stated, they had many more people tramping in and out of the house and bathroom than was necessary, impeding the installer. I like the end result but it is doubtful that I would do it again. They called way more than necessary before the install to tell us they were working on it and I had one guy hang up on me when I asked him to repeat something.

Excellent quality and love our new shower.

They haaven't done the work yet but the salesman was very thorough in his explanations using videos and samples to show the entire work.

Steven and Colton were exceptional installing a new shower I have some disability issues and Steven took the time to ensure I would be able to reach and be comfortable with all the safety issues. I love the design I chose it is beautiful I am reviewing the installing I have had a few issues with the office Customer Service. I appreciate Katie I would have canceled the project if not for her. I am completely happy with the product and installation

I hired Jacuzzi baths to replace a tub with a walk in shower. The design process was easy and our salesman, George, was helpful. The overall price was much higher than expected, but I do believe the acrylic showers are more durable than tile and will last much longer. So, it came time for install, and our installers, Anthony and Manny were great. they were friendly and kept us updated along the way. The only thing I wish they had done differently was to ask me about removing flooring. They had to cut away some flooring in order to get the old tub out in one piece. I would have preferred that they either saved the flooring they removed so that it could be reinstalled; or cut the tub into smaller pieces so that it could be removed WITHOUT removing my flooring. My bathroom still isn't complete because I now have to find a supplier that can get a box of my flooring in so that I can get a plank or two out and use it to replace the gap in front of my shower. They also accidentally scratched up my toilet seat lid while they were cleaning and vacuuming, but in teh grand scheme of things, that's not a huge deal and can be replaced for $30 at home depot.

They were wonderful at designing our new shower. It looks great. Matt and Todd did the installation in one day and consulted us with every step. We are very pleased.

Overpriced and late. I do not recommend them.
