We want to Thank Richard and Adam for a job well done ! They installed a walk-in Shower !! They were so respectful of my husband and me and also so respectful of our home ! Both days that they were here, they made their word good and showed up exactly the time they said they would ! they also cleaned up after themselves on both days ! what impressed us the most was their attention to detail and the results of the final installation . Jacuzzi is fortunate to have Richard and Adam ! They are Amazing ! Thank You Guys , The Lelli’s 👌

It’s just beautiful. I love it. They did such a good job. It was Joseph and Cody who came and they were so quiet and they cleaned up every piece of debris. You never would know they’ve been here. I’m attaching the picture. I’ve been showing it to all mine friends. Thank you, Jacuzzi.

We had a shower in one bathroom and a jacuzzi tub in another we have gone through a tremendous amount of stress due to the substandard work that was done aftr a year the shower plumbing under house was broken and water everywhere due to jacuzzi plumber cutting corners not properly installed that we had are own plumber fix under house repair all the water damage and spray for possible mold growth in future , we did not call jacuzzi due to the urgency needed to repair knowing they would have taken to long ,now we're having jacuzzi tub replaced due to leaking in 3 different areas and they don't have parts to fix so now we half to re live this nightmare with substandard work under tub they cut holes in floor and didn't cover back up ,now the shower doesn't drain properly has standing water in back half that doesn't drain so I half to squeegee this down drain after every shower, the caulking they use didn't last 1 yr after install , you would figure the money we spent they woul use better products , the last thing I want is sympathy , I want accountability this standard of work doesn't have any place in the working world , I will not stop until I get what I paid for no more and no less , this substandard work stops now .

Price match was not a price match. Salesperson was great but the rest of the experience felt flawed throughout. I opted to continue with them at the higher rate to ensure a quality experience, and instead we are involving 3 other professionals to finish and feeling mostly that it was not worth the higher price tag. I left the internal review and nobody has reached out.

The quality of the work was excellent. Raul and Shawn did an excellent job. Very personable, considerate, very professional. They made sure we were happy with each step of the way with the installation.
