We were looking to upgrade our master bathroom and began gathering quotes. Just before making a decision, a friend highly recommended Troy — and very glad they did. From the very beginning, Troy stood out with his attention to detail and professionalism. He clearly explained the logistics, timeline, and pricing, and so we moved forward with him. Throughout the project, Troy and his team maintained a high level of professionalism. The workers were punctual, respectful, and caused no disruption to the rest of our home. Troy and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. We needed our existing shower and tile removed and replaced with a tub and new tile. The process was amazingly painless - despite some issues with our plumbing - which they handled on the spot without missing a beat. We were amazed at how quickly the job was completed, and let me tell you, it is BEAUTIFUL. I don't think I have ever been this happy with remodeling work done in my home. We already are planning to remodel our upstairs bathroom, and are looking forward to working with Troy and his team again!

We arranged a time for him to meet with us and evaluate the bathroom. Working with Troy was wonderful from the get-go. He really listened to us and what we were hoping for. This was a leaking toliet repair that so far I believe was done properly. However, the drywall replacement and repair is cracking, warped, and it has been less than two years and it looks worse than it did originally. This is my elderly mothers house and I just recently got to see it since the original work. I feel taken advantage of.

Troy Crilly and his team were absolutely fantastic. Troy was great at communicating the timeline and expectations. He kept me in the loop during the entire process. His team were very professional and friendly. We had our bathroom completely gutted and remodeled including moving plumbing and electric. I had previously selected and purchased the flooring, fixtures, vanity, countertop, and medicine cabinets for the team to install. Troy was very consultative throughout the process and steered me in the right direction for tile, grout, and paint selection. Each day Troy's team laid down drop cloths to protect the flooring leading into the bathroom, and they made sure everything was cleaned up when they left each day. The final product is so beautiful! We couldn't be happier.
