The Sales Associate was able to provide all of the products for us to chose without needing to go to a showroom. He was very helpful and friendly. I actually believed that he was selling a good product. The installation was a one day and no hassle. The installer was organized and very tidy. Every thing was moved away and clean before he left the house. The water was only turned off for a short period of time. I love my new shower and surround. I ordered the waterfall shower doors and I was a little afraid that I may not like them but they are gorgeous, plus when guest use that bathroom they can't see into all the hair products that I use. I also purchase the shower doors. I have not had shower door since I was young and renting. They always seem hard to clean and had water calcium build up but when you use a good product and learn how to clean them it's a game changer.The Sales person and the installer go into great detail on how to keep your shower looking brand new. The cleaning proess is extremly easy. The price was lower than going to your local Home Improvement center. I like that this company makes all for the products and guarantees their work and the products. They did a great job on the install. My husband is a perfectonist and they passed his high standard! They also call and remind you when the installer will be there. They call again after thte install to make sure you are not having any issues. This company will definitely be the best contractor that you have used! I was always a tub person but I have switched. I love the seat and the hand held shower nozzel. As a senior I think the shower will be so valuable for my husband and I when entering and exiting the tub becomes too cumbersome. Make sure you alot enough time to talk to the Sales person when he makes an appointment. I thought it would be a quick meeting with them sendingus a bid. That is not how this company works. They brng their products give you an accurate bid and are ready to sign the contracts. If you need to obtain other bids make them the last because you won't want to go with any other contractor. All in all, I would highly recomment this company.

Everything discussed prior to install was as they said. The gentleman was here on time, was explained what he was going to do then went to work. He was friendly and would sing while he was working. He cleaned up his mess, i wiped it down after 24 hrs. To let glue dry. Did not take him very long maybe 5 hrs. Talking shower/tub out then installing a walk in shower, I Love it, more room, easy to clean & looks very nice!

The first rep I spoke to was very friendly. He spent as much time as I needed to answer my questions and concerns and to negotiate the best financing deal. The installer came promptly at the scheduled time and got the job done quickly and well. I am very happy with my new walk in shower and would definitely recommend hiring them!
