Bath Fitters (Dylan and Andy) did an amazing job transforming our bathroom. We went from the standard tub and old plastic tile to an amazing walk in shower with beautiful patterned walls, raindrop glass doors and wainscoting on the other walls. They even hung our towel racks for us and a new shower head. It looks AMAZING. Their workmanship really shows. We will be enjoying our new bathroom for years to come. Had our bathroom renovation today. So very happy with the end result! Our installer, Rob, was excellent! He arrived on time and completed the job in one day! Easy to work with.

I wanted to love my Bath Fitter shower, but after three months of use, I do not. It is just OK. The shower was installed over a ceramic shower - ceramic floor, walls, and ceiling. The process is that adhesive strips are placed on the ceramic walls and the acrylic panels stuck to the strips, but after three months, the panels are pulling away from the adhesive strips in three places. You can see the wall bulge, if you press against the wall you feel it stick to the strips, but then it separates again. If a few sections are pulling away after just three months, I am concerned about the long term integrity of the shower, because after that it is just the silicone caulk that is holding it together. If the walls move, how long will the joints be water-tight? The floor also moves under your feet, especially after the hot water has run for a few moments. You can feel the floor surface sink under your heel. Also, the drain is not the low spot on the floor. Some water pools next to the drain, and needs to be squeegee-ed down the drain. It is an inconvenience but after spending almost $10,000 I want all the water to go down the drain on its own. The shower looks great, and I went with Bath Fitter because I wanted a nice, new, worry-free shower for a house I intend to live in for many years. Instead, seeing what is happening with the walls after three months, I worry about it every day and look to see if there is water coming through the ceiling on the first floor. I wanted to love it but today it is just OK.

Our installer, Dylan, arrived on time and after introducing himself got right to work installing our new walk-in shower. He worked quickly and efficiently making it obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. A major part of his job including ripping out our old tub/shower unit. Again, he did this quickly and efficiently. He finished the entire job in just short of nine hours which included a very thorough clean up and explanation of the various features, cleaning procedures and warranty information. Should the need ever arise, I will have no problem contacting Bath Fitter and asking for Dylan as our installer.

They arrived at the time they told us. Very organized, and went right to work. I love the lifetime warranty and that it can be transferred to the next owner.
