He tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone prior to making the visit to my house. This just showed me his integrity and that s someone I can trust. Very personable and professional. Explained multiple options to resolve my plumbing issue and then he went to work and did an incredible job. Felt his pricing was spot on for the service and deliverable! I will use Troy again (hopefully not under same circumstances) and would recommend Troy Bachman for excellent service.

Troy contacted me immediately about my plumbing problem. He was courteous, honest, and respectful of my lack of knowledge on the problem. He explained the fix in language I understand and even showed me the leak in the pipe. The fix was minimal tear down for repair. Troy stayed until the job was done and ensured quality work in the fix to not have a repeat problem.
