I am preparing a rental to sell and had a punch list of items. For two weeks I have been inundated with contractors that can do this but not that or that but not this. So Troy came over one night on the way home to discuss and simply said let's do it all this Wednesday. He showed up when he said he would, he worked 10 hours straight on every item on my list, and has the best personality...very much a people person. He can do anything...replaced a sump pump, installed recessed lights, cleaned up electrical wires, installed bathroom vent, took care of leaking water valves, fixed issues as they arose, even showed us how to best use a paint gun. We expect to use him again very soon for cabinet installation in this same unit. Troy is now on my speed dial for anything home related.

Troy and his team were fantastic and went above and beyond during our install of a new dishwasher where the Home Depot guys "couldnt do it because of our copper pipes." Troy came the morning after I called, and also discovered a dangerous wiring problem that he was quickly able to fix. He and his team were very friendly and he went the extra mile to even clean the area where the old dishwasher was, before installing the new one. We will definitely use him again!
