I was ripped off for 2000. He represents himself as an arborist. Drilled holes in the trees and sprayed something that smelled like chicken noodle soup. A film flam man. Run! Do not hire him! Please, save yourself.

    Response from Company:

Please know my company appreciates your business. I am not only an arborist but a state licensed applicator for treatments of protectrants and maintenance for you trees and shrubs. I appreciate that this is not a cheap service but a highly revered one. I trust your trees are doing well

Dr. Bob was delightful! Both he and his assistant Mike were professional, polite and did their work with the upmost care. I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with Dr. Bob regarding all things about life and he added a different perspective to what I had previously thought to have been true. I am still in the waiting period to see how well my trees will respond to his treatment but I am 75% certain that his skill, experience and expertise will bring these trees through the damage they had experienced. I would highly recommend others to at least speak with Dr. Bob and let him explain the fine points of being someone who treats trees as opposed to removes them due to damage. If ever I were to need someone again to save my trees it would definitely be Dr. Bob.

I am blown away!!! My Oak tree came back so healthy that it is the best looking tree on the block. I have pictures to prove it!! Well, it will not let me share my picture. Trust me, one happy lady!! It came back just as Bob said it would!!!!

Overall experience with sick trees was great and the recommended treatment was done with professionalism in no time at all.

Dr Bob treated our Red Oak Oct 6 2020. Two weeks later I saw where the bugs were still eating my tree. I admit, I didn't know what to look for so I called Dr Bob and Mike and told them what was happening. They came out today and retreated at no cost and took the time to point out the regained health of our tree that I did not see. I would recommend him highly and if there were 20 stars to give I would. Such a charming gentleman to work with and Mike, his sidekick, is so patient. Will I hire them again? Let there be no doubt!! No chainsaws here! Just a beautiful healthy tree. Thank you for your service to our country and our trees! A+ in my book!!

Mr. White promised he could and would save our trees. However, he did NOT test either tree to determine what was affecting them [which kind of insect(s), fungi, or a combination]. This man showed up, sprayed some chemical pesticides, and charged us $1200 for 30 minutes of work spraying 2 small trees.Mr. White said, If there is no improvement by mid-July, give me a call and let me know. Well, there have been ZERO improvements.Called Mr. White... Mr. White completely changed his story/tune, saying, There should not be an improvement and that there is nothing to worry about -- do not worry until NEXT SPRING and IF they are still alive, THEN I will start seeing improvement. We are out $1200 with ZERO results -- results were GUARANTEED within 60 days but he is now saying results are not expected for 9 months (IF there is an improvement!!). Nearly everything out of this man mouth seems to be an exaggeration or a flat out lie. (He even changed the reason for the 60-day follow-up, saying he just wanted to make sure they did not die in those 60 days, LOL....The death of a tree, caused by insects or fungi, is a SLOW process which takes YEARS to complete --- The worst of the 2 trees is LESS THAN 1/3rd DEAD (the other less than 1/5th), so why on earth would this alleged Arboristthink one or both would all of a sudden die in those 60 days, with or without his involvement)With such good reviews, this is the last Pro I expected to have a problem with... having said that, I have to assume MOST of the positive reviews for this guy were left by his friends and family; or by people who did not wait for the results of his work and just trusted that everything would eventually be as he said it would be. Lastly, aside from the ever-changing lies that spew out of this man mouth -- he NEVER stops talking -- and he repeats himself endlessly... as if saying a lie again and again will somehow make it true.PS: On a side note... He bragged to me that he had, if I remember correctly, 39 Children. Yes, you read right; and I heard right. __ In hindsight, one should not expect a man with 39 children to be a Moral / Ethical human being; but since this is the only Arborist around with access to the pesticides needed, he has got a monopoly on the market and he knows it -- so why be moral or ethical when you have a monopoly on the market.

    Response from Company:

No one can guarantee anything that is put on this earth, life or living, but God, and everyone knows that God controls the living things on this earth he is in control. No one else has that much power, not even Dr. Bob White! I am just trying to do God, my father in heaven's will, by just trying to help in saving trees, shrubs, and plants but I understand, if God's son did not do any harm to anyone and if he could not please people on this earth, I, Dr. Bob White, expect no chance with people on this earth regardless how hard I try to do the right thing!

This person is not an arborist and brought his whole crew out for the initial consultation. I felt pressured to hire him even though his cost was exorbitant. He mislabeled trees and calls himself Dr. Bob to seem like an expert but treated everything with the same chemical - no matter what the problem was. I feel I was scammed.

    Response from Company:

My name is Bob White and I am a human being just like every person on this earth which means that I am trying to do the best that I can do to save God's trees! Most people are cutting trees down and nobody is complaining, but, people want to complain about Dr. Bob White not being an arborist! You save trees because you know how important they are! Thanks for listening to Dr. Bob once again and take care!
