      Ricardo of Berta Electric is the definition of professionalism! He arrived right on time, called ahead to confirm, and got straight to work with a level of expertise that?s hard to find. He fixed two different fixtures in my home flawlessly, addressing every issue with care and precision. What impressed me the most was how thorough he was?backing everything up, ensuring everything was in perfect working order before he left, and leaving the space absolutely spotless. It?s clear Ricardo takes pride in his work, and it shows. I would not hesitate to hire Berta Electric again. Ricardo is a true professional, and it was a pleasure having him service my home.       Job completed in one day so kudos to the technician who responded. only two stars for the company because they do not have any new customer discounts and it cost me $600 for them to locate a bad switch and run a new wire.
