"I have a large walk-in shower. A water stain appeared on the ceiling below. I called Velasco and he was at my house the next day to evaluate. He and his assistant took apart my old shower floor a few days later and found extensive leaking in the barrier underneath. They took the shower apart, replaced the stained marble pieces with new, relined underneath then retiled the floor and reinstalled the glass. I paid for parts with no markup. They were tidy and left no mess and the shower looks perfect! I would recommend them for any similar job. DBE"

"Marcelino Restoration should be rated a 10+. Not only did he paint 5 large rooms and closets, he also made the natural woodwork look like new again. He repaired an area in a bathroom shower and added tiles in order for the plumbing work to be completed. Marcelino made a wooden front cover to a kitchen drawer that perfectly fit and looks beautiful; purchased and installed a new hood fan for over the stove, and is making repairs to the front door area of rotted wood. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of work he does. Works daily to finish the project, professional, hardworking and takes pride in his work. Our project involved modernizing a space dominated by an outdated brick wood-burning fireplace and 1980s-style built-ins. We aimed to transform it with a horizontal electric fireplace, custom fluted built-ins for the TV, hidden shelving for electronics, and stylish open shelving with LED lighting. Prior quotes from other contractors seemed inflated, but when I connected with Wladimir from WS Builders, he provided a fair estimate that aligned perfectly with my expectations and the materials' costs. We promptly signed the contract, and work began without delay. Wladimir estimated about 35 days for completion, and impressively, the team finished in just 30 days despite some minor design tweaks along the way. The craftsmanship displayed by Jose, Wladimir's masterful carpenter, was nothing short of exceptional. He meticulously crafted everything from drawers to shelves to the elegant fluted details above the fireplace, transforming our wall into a true work of art. "Ed did an amazing job. He completely replaced and resealed the grout in two of our bathrooms' tiled showers and they look brand new. He matched the grout color to the color of our tile, and the result was much more professional than we had previously. He also was able to clean an old tile floor and restored it to looking beautiful again. Both bathrooms' floors and showers only took about 6 hours, and he was meticulous about clean-up afterwards. He gave us an amazing value for the money and I'd recommend him to anyone."
