Frank, the owner of Biggest Little Outdoor Design was the difference maker to me. Not only am I satisfied with my decision to use them for our concrete project, I am also confident in saying that you shouldnâ t look anywhere else for your home improvement project needs. His approach and attention to detail is one of a seasoned professional and his communication throughout the project was a refreshing and welcomed experience as compared with other companies Iâ ve worked with for other projects. I believe Frank when he tells you heâ s going to stand by and backup his work and his people obviously follow his lead in being first class throughout the process as they couldnâ t have been more pleasant to have around my home.

Frank Rivera gave me a fair price quote to replace my patio last year, but I wanted to wait a few months to start the project. When I was ready, Frank gave me an updated quote that was actually lower. He completed the project to meet my schedule to accommodate other work I had planned to replace the patio door. He stayed within budget and completed the project in three days, which started with demolition/disposal of the old concrete. He and his crew kept me informed and showed up on time every day. We would use Frank Rivera for any future work and highly recommend him to others.
