B&H Professional Services recently replaced all the exterior trim boards on our house, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The original estimate included replacing rotted wood framing around the chimney. However, after removing the siding, the crew discovered that some of the underlying wood was still in good condition and did not need to be replaced. Instead of proceeding with unnecessary work, the sales director, Tony Hollcraft, personally contacted me to explain the situation and significantly reduced the final cost of the project. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, the crew was professional and cooperative, and the job was completed on time with exceptional quality. It was refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and integrity as much as craftsmanship.
