Very easy communication with all involved Jim, Judy, Scott or Dean. All issues that we encountered were appropriately addressed and all were resolved. Initially I was hoping to have 3 estimates. I ended up with 2 as one company didn't think my project was worth their time. Two estimates came very similar in numbers. But Bear Creek actually came with all involved and saw the space, and provided what I thought was more accurate estimate. The other company simply sent a guy who looked around. So, that said, having more accurate estimates by guys actually seeing the place, felt more right to me. Communication was very fluid and professional thru the project. As I mentioned before all issues I brought up were addressed and corrected, some changes to the contract were made (adding a water line, replacing additional closet door, etc) and it was not a problem for Dean to get it done. In the end I think both sides were fair - me getting new kitchen/porch remodel and the contractor getting paid for work completed. If I would start over I would still hire Bear Creek ... And in the future they would be my choice again if I decide on more work in my house.

Dean has done multiple projects on our home and he has always exceeded expectations. His timeliness and quality of work are excellent. We will continue to use him for projects moving forward and highly recommend the work that he does.

Dean helped us remove rotten stucco, remediate issues and install siding and trim. He was very informative and always willing to talk. He was happy to answer my questions and was always very responsive. Dean is ver knowledgeable and he did great work! Weâ  d definitely hire him again!

Dean was great throughout our remodeling process! We were kept up to date on all aspects of the project. Bear Creek has good communication and very knowledgable! We love our new kitchen and plan on hiring them again.

They have excellent communication, hold themselves accountable, are creative, reliable, high quality, one stop shop start to finish and trustworthy. We had several small jobs and a major renovation that resulted in more than doubling the size of the house, touching every room.

Dean and his crew did a great job for a living/family room remodel. There were several things that could not be fully known until they were into the project a ways but then they had great flexibility and knowledge to get it done for a high quality finish. I have confidence they would do well on any type of work
