Price was painful, but true to estimate. Jason was very responsive and nice to work with. The repair was implemented well.

Had a great experience working with Jason from Atlas Construction! The workmanship was great. Everything was cleaned up and left perfect after the job was complete. Definitely would use them again for other projects .

Great job by Atlas (Jason)! He was 1 of 4 pros I contacted for this project, and, by far, the most professional, knowledgeable and approachable of all. He contacted me immediately and arrived for the estimate as scheduled. I originally planned on only doing repairs to my barn roof. He did a full scan of that roof and my house roof and showed me pictures of areas on both that needed attention. We agreed on a time and price to do both and he did the work as scheduled, providing pictures of the repairs. It was a pleasure to do business with him. His price was slightly higher than that offered by others I spoke with but the service provided and the job done was exceptional.

Atlas responded immediately. Jason showed up within 30 minutes. He looked at the problem, showed me pictures. Then he explained what repairs would be made, why, snd the cost. After the repair ge again, showed me pictures. He didnâ t try to sell me another roof. ; he revisited the small damage! Very professional. Shared information. Very pleasant experience! I would recommend this company to my friends, relatives and neighbors!

Jason was extremely professional, approachable and, most importantly, honest. He made contact immediately and set up a day to meet for an estimate not too far away from the call day. He was very thoughtful during the estimate and came up with a more affordable alternative to the one we thought we needed (a roof replacement). Would highly recommend Jason!

He gave me an estimate of $8oo to repair roof and $500 to do chimmey. I was at work when he called and wanted to start work at 9:i15 a.m., I told him it was ok to start it. He called back at 12:45 and told me him and another guy was done. He went to lunch and I got home at 1;15. He told me he would coat the whole chimmey with a liquid rubber to seal it. He did about a foot up from roof. He said it was enough after job was done. The roof had to have apiece 16 inches wide 4 feet length of sub roof replaced covered with the new material contractors use instead of the black paper used which is fine. They were careful to bring up old shingles so they did not replace with new which is fine. So I am thinking only a foot up from roof on chimmey that is not going to be $500 and little material used for roof with saving old shingles the estimate of $800 would be about right. Was I surprised when he told me it was $2000 for the job!!! I have a hard time believing there was $300 in material used. So if the balance was labor a total of 7 hours for the two guys that would be $242.85 an hour. So please don't take word of mouth get a written contract on materials and labor cost.
