They replied to my request that day. We set a time for him to look at the problem. He came promptly, took pictures of the problems, showed them to me, gave me a price for the work. It was reasonable. We set a time for him to come do the work. He came, set right to work. He showed me pictures of the completed work. They went above and beyond taking care of all the problems in my roof. I will definitely have them back to do other work on my house.

Pro: roof nails covered and garage reroofed and some silicone and liquid rubber added at problem spots on the roof. Cons: communication is lacking and the quality of work is not clear. A follow-up visit (to complete an initially unfinished job) failed to fix leaks. Was rainy and cool during the follow-up visit; materials changed from liquid rubber to tar without explanation. Roof shingles from the first visit still not laying flat. Feel misadvised from the start in the sense that I might have needed flashing on my chimneys from the start and not a patch job (which is not fully working). Have not gotten the promised 20% refund. Felt argumentative when I called about the remaining leak and the refund; got no timely follow up about it after the call; do not have the energy to pull teeth with someone to honor the terms they promised.

They went above and beyond. They indicated areas of my roof that needed attention and provided great insight to finding a solution.

My project was completed as planned. I was informed of the issues and provided a reasonable solution. Staff is courtesy and knowledgeable. Work was neat and they cleaned up the site when done.
