Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Atlas Carpentry! From the initial consultation to the final touches, Bob and his team were professional, efficient, and highly skilled. We recently hired them to construct a new porch and replace our roof, and the results have been nothing short of spectacular. The new porch has transformed our outdoor space into a beautiful, inviting area where we can relax and entertain guests. If you are considering hiring Atlas Carpentry, I urge you to find another contractor. In January 2024, we hired them to enclose our back porch to make it a sunroom. They failed in nearly every aspect of this project. What was to be a 5-week job, extended out to 12-weeks when they were fired with a good amount of work not completed, materials paid for not supplied, AND the work that was completed was not that of a professional contractor. They did not have inspections done (even though we were charged for permits). Poor design, poor execution, poor business practices. We are left with hiring someone reputable to almost completely redo the work. There are MULTIPLE FIRE HAZARDS and code violations. I wish I could list it all. We obviously failed to speak up in time to make a difference. We will be pursuing legal action soon against them. We thought we did ample due diligence prior to hiring them. We made a huge mistake. Iâ d be willing to bet many of their glowing reviews have been paid for. These are not craftsmen, they are hacks. If you do choose to use them, hold back as much money as you can and donâ t let them â Take it off the LAST paymentâ . We were lied to on multiple occasions. On their website they use the tag line, â We build dreamsâ , for us they built an expensive nightmare.

Real people On Point! Mat was my first point of contact with Atlas, friendly, and professional. Quote was timely and comprehensive. We remained in contact throughout, from day one to his arrival for follow up after the job was completed. Bob, a Master Carpenter, supervised a large and also very professional and proficient crew that were sent to tackle our deck project. Despite my needing to reschedule the job, Atlas and their crew had us accomplished on schedule.
