Due to local ordinances our simple roof extension project became a lot more complex and Atlantic fulfilled our every wish in a prompt time frame with competitive pricing. Brent and his crew are extremely professional in every aspect! Communication was very consistent and thorough. Efficiently got the job done but very precise and took the time to ask questions to confirm aesthetically this is what we were looking for. Their workmanship was top notch. Also a product arrived damaged from the manufacturer and Brent took care of it and exchanged it immediately. Very clean with debris and conscientious about noise and parking in our neighborhood. Will absolutely hire them again.

I would give ten stars if I could. I used Atlantic Contractors about a year ago for a project and loved it ! I hired them back to complelty re-do my bathroom and it's subflooring because there were some soft spots in the floor and trouble with old/leaky plumbing. I am over the moon with the results. Brent and his team have adapted quickly to any obstacle that may arise and know exactly what to do to fix it, especially doing work in an older house like mine, because you never really know what you're getting into until you pull up the floor and take down the walls. They came across old & dead mold behind the walls and took it upon themselves to treat with enzymes, wipe and let dry with a dehumidifier. I was impressed ! The final cost came in $300 less that their original estimate because Brent said they didn't have to remove and re-install my vanity, so that was a very nice surprise ! I'd recommend them any time and look forward to them doing my next project !

Contractor gave a price and contract but did not honor the price stating they had to use more material. Learn from my mistake and read the contract front to back. Apparently estimates are allowed to change with no knowledge to the homeowner and the additional cost is paid at final. I do not recommend this company

This is the 3rd large scale job we have used Brent and Atlantic Contractors for. This was the largest. We had them build us a Florida sunroom from top to bottom. Words can't explain how in love I am with my new room! Atlantic made themselves available at all aspects of the process. Brent answers texts and call backs almost immediately. Almost always is there to answer his phone as well! As always the quality is flawless. Even better than I pictured in my head. If you're a first time client of Brent and Atlantic please do not worry you are in great hands. His employees are very polite and personable. The whole crew is just awesome! My husband and I won't use anyone else. Unfortunately we have had bad experiences with other contractors. But we have found our guys! Wonderful job Brent and Atlantic Contractors. We love love love it!

That was a project to convert a single car garage into a recreational room. I love my new room with a ping-pong table, new windows for a daylight in the day time and all ceiling lights when its dark. My new vinyl plank is warm even for bare feet. Thanks to mini split unit on the wall, the room can be heated in a winter or cooled in a summer. Some details of project were changed during the construction and I appreciate how flexible Brent was to adopt the changes and new elements to include into his work. He came up and told first when had met any obstacles and usually came up with suggestion how to avoid, build it differently or even to redo some steps when he thought it could be better for the result. Great job, Atlantic Construction.
