He cleaned and vacuumed the work area and cleaned the crawl space where he installed new vent materials. He’s very professional and personable. "They found an unknown problem which they certainly could have not disclosed. It was more work and was covered in the cost without additional charge. They had to go up into the attic on a hot hot day to fix the problem. I asked if they had a cage for the outside vent ad the other had broken and we were unaware. We did pay for that which was fine. We would have had to buy one and hope we could get it on. So the few extra dollars was well worth it. They were totally neat and clean. We were very very happy."
