This pro was very knowledgeable and even went out of his way in these trying times to get the parts needed. He was always polite even when I was a bit frantic. He explained everything and made sure my son and I understood (it's his conputer). Definitely recommend

I phoned Ascend to see if my lap top could be repaired. Brett came out the following day to provide service. He called back quickly and explained the problem. I needed a new computer (mine was 3 years old) but he sent me pictures and descriptions of different styles he would recommend that were comparable to what I had. He transferred by data over and was an outstanding communicator. I was so happy with the service he provided and recommend him highly

I was dreading upgrading my 2011 iMac, but Brett made the experience painless and educational. He was on time, knowledgeable and friendly.
