They were excellent with orientation, showed up exactly on time, found and fixed the computer issues and as well as checking for Margaret, boatyard, and viruses. And then checked all updates pending and set them to download. Great service!!!

Brett is very experienced in all types of computer installs and repairs. I received my computer back the NEXT DAY.... that is unheard of in computer repair. (Repair issue was the mousepad "clicker" was sticking. Also asked that since computer would be opened up for him to put an additional RAM/memory chip in to speed it up. Again, the computer was repaired and back to me the NEXT DAY! Astounding. Finally, he has a great attitude: He listened to what you say and ask and answers in clear English. None of the condescension sometimes shown at other computer repair shops. He gave outstanding service and also great communication. Oh, did I mention he had great prices too. I will use him again and recommend him to friends and clients. He gets a 12 on a scale of 1 to 5.

I am technologically challenged and our computers, internet, etc. have been a mess since my husband died. Some of our troubles were even caused by service men from our former internet provider! Well, one of the best decisions was to change to Metronet - we finally have better wi-fi than the so-called high speed internet we were over-paying for and NEVER got! Next, we hired Ascend Computer Services to check out 2 computers that have been unusable for two years! I was so impressed with his knowledge and ingenuity to figure out the complicated system my husband had developed in our house! Within 2 hours he had both Macs “unstuck” and operational again and also had them connected to our new wi-fi network!! I was so pleased - I was afraid that my husbands old computer was dead and I wouldn’t be able to get back into it. I highly recommend Ascend Computer Services - they did a great job at a very decent price with the highest of integrity!
