The Computer Tech did not rush through and spent time explaining to me. I definitely will contact him again if I have any problems and he encouraged me to do that. I have had no problems since he worked on my desk top and lap top. I have given his name and information to friends and explained how satisfied I am with his work and professionalism.

Brett was fantastic. My PC died, he picked it up same day (Sunday!). Discovered hard drive was shot and there were other issues. We agreed best bet was new one. He found a great deal on a Dell, ordered it, loaded everything he'd pulled from old hard drive and brought it to me. I could not be more satisfied with his expertise, professionalism, and service. Brett picked up my CPU took it to his place and installed a new solid-state drive that I had purchased and delivered it the next day. Great service very polite.In the future if I have any issues with my computer he can remotely access my computer and either solve any future problems or advise me. I highly recommended a sound computer services
