My mom's deck needed cleaning, resealing, staining, as well as rotting parts repaired. Brad came, worked nonstop over a few days and completed the job. The result is great. He was even responsive after the job was completed and paid for. That is less common than many might think! I would definitely hire him again.

Had a deck type stairway installed to replace one made of timbers and paver slabs on a fairly steep hill from my front yard to the back yard. Also, replaced my deck rail caps and replaced the spindles with cable, as well as cleaned many years of crud from the deck floor. Had specific ideas I wanted incorporated and Brad suggested some other creative aesthetics. Looks great. Many delays because of all the rain but really a non-issue given the circumstances. Expensive, but worth it.

Work is not quite complete because of weather delays. But so far I am pleased with the work. Contractor has stayed in touch with me and has been very nice to work with.
