Be careful ladies, creep alert** Hired Tim to do a project that required both shingle + slate work and all the rotted wood replaced rotted on my roof. He dropped materials in November after chasing him for weeks giving me the run around. He didn?t answer my repeated calls to get a cost + when he could do the work. Materials rotted on my lawn over winter. He responded 9 months later, told me the job was too small for him, he was never going to do it anyway + he was tired of me calling him for an answer on the material rotting in my yard. Gaslit me up in flames. He brought the police to my house + told the officers I wasn?t paying him or sleeping with him, so he wants his abandoned material back. I have it all on video. This guy is why the ANGIE app was needed, to protect women being bullied by shifty men. Be careful ladies - this guy is a total creep and disrespectful. Not to be trusted with his word or follow through if he wants something more (and doesn?t get it)

We had our entire roof replaced. Tim and his team arrived on time, got to work and made sure job was finished in one day. Great job cleaning up after job as well. Very professional and great service! Definitely recommend!

Armao Brothers did a great job on our roof repair. We had a leak coming into the house. They responded the same evening within an hour of our Angi's List posting. They sent out people the next morning! The team they sent out photographed for us obvious holes and repairs that needed to be made around vent penetrations and near our ridge vent. We agreed on a price and they made the repairs that same day. Unfortunately for all of us, the leak was much more insidious. Armao had to return to our house three times making more repairs. The return visits were no charge. On the third return visit a team of two people repeatedly went in and out of our attics and up on the roof, found the crafty leak, and made repairs; this took them much of the day. Each time we had to re-contact Armao, they immediately came out to do more work. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, communication, and willingness to get the job done right at the agreed price no matter what! Brian Platt

Tim and his team were on time, worked hard, and completed the job efficiently. The clean up of the work site was excellent, and the price was very fair. And my new roof looks fantastic. I would hire Tim and his team again, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Requested inspection for flat roof and Tim took care of repairs that were needed. Explained exactly what needed to be done and cost. He also removed old gutter and installed new one. Tim Armao and crew do nice work. Honest and very pleasant.

Armao Brothers Construction, Tim Armao came over to my house the very next day to look at my roof and give me an estimate for repairs. Luckily, it was repairs only and no new roof. Tim was very honest and trust worthy, kept me informed when the previous job they were working on did not finish in time. His workers were also very professional. Took picture of the damage and the repairs. It was nice to do business with them.
