Warning to Future Prospective Customers: While I understand that mistakes can happen in business, my experience with Arizona Turf Professionals has been nothing short of frustrating, and ultimately, they failed to take full responsibility for their negligence. My family hired them for a project in 2021, and over three years later, leaving us to deal with unnecessary financial and emotional stress. Our project, which involved turf installation, pavers, and a new grill, cost over $60,000 in trying to fix their lack of due diligence on the project. The goal was to conserve water with turf in our 2,000 square-foot backyard. This cost us more and saved no water over the 3 years due to a water irrigation leak caused by their failure to properly close off irrigation lines before laying the turf which they were given ample warning. This negligence led to over $5,000 in additional water waste and higher utility bills, something we only discovered after hiring a leak detection company. Nothing
