Great job, polite, efficient workers that cleaned up after themselves! Made me aware of TVA rebate with quote , AND beat every other estimate ! I HIGHLY recommend Archies!

Showed up on-time. Did the job right. Not good for small jobs as they have a $600 fire-up-the-big-truck minimum but if you need your whole attic blown these guys rock!

Terrible customer service. Poor communication, scheduling delays, delayed response in appointments, no return phone calls with sales, phones quotes differed from actual email quote, subcontracted work without my knowledge - then miscommunication with sub on quoted work. I only luckily found section of crawlspace had not been completed. I never received a thank you or satisfaction follow-up only a request for payment over the phone. I think they have too many balls in the air and forget who they are telling what.

on the day of the job no one showed up or called, til 5:00 pm, to late to do the work,so reschedule for the next morning.was on time the next morning, and the job went ok,and i liked the work.but i found out he was a subcontractor for archie's,if i had know that,i would have just called them not archie's.so i realy don't know anything about archie's....

They did the job in the time they said. Cleaned up after. Very nice men did the application

Very professional and the crew was great on the time, progress and service rendered.

The men were excellent with their service. Did exactly what was asked of them. Only small little problem, but were able to fix that right away.

I have tried to get up with Archie's Stone and Fireplace. I called and left a message or maybe 2 messages about 2 or 3 weeks ago and a few days later someone called but I missed the call. I called them back about a week ago and left another message but no one has called me back. I had to mark yes or no and do an over all rating to submit. I did not want to give a bad rating since I don't know how their work is so since I marked yes and gave them 3 stars.
