Family owned business who shows up when they say they will, does excellent work at a very fair price. Honest, personable, and most of all reliable, stand behind their work. Highly recommend this business. They have also cleaned and maintained my furnace in the home I reside in, excellent people to work with.

Dewitt and company is pleasant, efficient and professional. They exceeded my expectations, and cheerfully answered my questions. They found and fixed electrical problems I wasn't aware of. They were informative about getting the best performance from the new system. I look forward working with them on future projects.

If there was a 0 as a rating option, that is what I would give this company. They are unprofessional, rude, and expensive. Dewitt installed a ductless system at our house two years ago and we are still dealing with a unit that does not respond to the thermostat. We tried to get him to come back out and fix it but he has refused, after yelling at us. When we arrived at the house, the thermostat was left on top of the dresser with the wire coming down from the ceiling. After calling him to find out if he was finished, we had to pay again for him to come fix it. If you want headaches and to pay top dollar for them, then this is the company to select for any heating and air conditioning.

Archibald was fantastic. They came and gave me an estimate the same day. The furnace was replaced in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this business.
