We had a great experience using Archadeck of Nashville for our covered porch project. Starting at the design process with their sales team all they way through completion, they handle this project in a very professional manner. The communication and updates on our projects were consistent all the way through and we always knew what was scheduled each week. They also did a great job working through the permits and inspections. During the final walk through, they even pointed out things that needed to be corrected and completed that we did not even notice. Their attention to detail was great and they were not ready to finalize the project until it met their highest standards. I woul defintely use them again on other projects in the future.

The company was wonderful to work with and they had excellent communication with us for every step along the way. They tore down the old deck and put the new one in very quickly. The price was higher than other quotes that we got, but we made the decision to go with Archadeck because the customer service was so much higher than the other quotes re received.

From the first visit to our home by Russell Henderson, my wife and I knew that Archadeck was the company that was going to design, and build our two (2) story deck. Their knowledge of deck design, materials to use, and safety (our upper deck was 33 feet above the ground) were second to none. The project was executed on time, by a very professional crew.
