Archadeck recently finished a new back porch and covering for our house. The process was great from start to finish, and we're incredibly happy with the work that was done. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their property.

We decided to use Archadeck Outdoor Living of Austin after researching every company in the greater Austin metro to create a fantastic addition to our home. Archadeck constructed a beautiful raised outdoor deck with an enclosed screened area, utilizing the finest materials available. They also extended our existing roof to cover this gorgeous new space. The new deck has created a peaceful, zen area that we can use as a family for reading, dining, and relaxing all year long, free from mosquitoes and other insects. Archadeck built this enclosed deck with such care that we have not experienced any structural or aesthetic issues, including tears to any of the screens. Archadeck was very responsive to our questions, kept a tight timeline during construction, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Our family highly recommends Archadeck. We recently hired Archadeck to renovate our back patio, including constructing a pergola, installing electrical components, and mounting a ceiling fan, TV, and lighting, as well as coordinating an overlay on our existing concrete slab. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience. Their design support was excellent — they listened carefully to what we were looking for and helped refine our vision so the final result felt customized and cohesive. The construction quality was outstanding, and their team showed strong craftsmanship and attention to detail. We also appreciated their ability to coordinate seamlessly with other trades involved in the project. Communication was generally strong; they were responsive throughout most of the process. The only challenges we experienced were occasional moments where the tone of communication felt a bit patronizing, and the project timeline slowed noticeably toward the end after the bulk of payment had been made. Ultimately, everything was completed to a high standard — perhaps lacked some urgency in the final stretch. Despite those small drawbacks, we’re very happy with the finished space. Our patio looks fantastic, and we would recommend Archadeck, particularly for homeowners who value thoughtful design and high-quality workmanship.
