Aaron Hamilton was my sales rep and he was extraordinarily responsive to my endless questions. He went above and beyond by bringing me to different homes so I could see the differences between the products he was selling. He was professional, friendly and not pushy in any way. When I finally decided I was going with Southern, the entire process going forward was completely explained. Also need to send kudos to the installation crew, they too were extremely professional. They showed up right on time and finished the job in 2 days...I was particularly impressed with the clean up...nothing was out of order when then left, they even swept the entire driveway where they had left the stone and dirt overnight. The only thing I am sorry about is that I didn't do this sooner.
